As Managing Principal, Tim oversees all operational phases of the Indianapolis office, including brokerage, asset services, project & development services, marketing and research. He also spearheads new business development efforts and recruiting. In prior roles with the company, Tim was instrumental in the growth of investor services and asset services platforms.
Prior to joining the company in 1997, Tim spent 12 years with the accounting firm of Geo. S. Olive & Company. He began specializing in consulting and compliance and later focused on recruiting and management of Olive’s Indianapolis office.
