Christina (Tina) Bartholomew is a Brokerage Specialist at Cushman & Wakefield. Before joining the company Tina worked as a Client Services Coordinator for the Industrial and Retail divisions at CBRE. As a commercial real estate professional for over 10 years, she has overseen various areas of the practice including sales acquisition/dispositions, leasing transactions, property management and has assisted with over $1.9 billion in transactional considerations.

Tina possesses a unique mix of organizational skills, industry knowledge, and marketing expertise. She is directly responsible for managing client relations by approaching their needs with detail-oriented processes and high-levels of communication. She is in charge of facilitating the transmission with owners/buyers/brokers, maintaining property listings, updating and the distribution of market reports, validating and organizing market data for each listing, coordinating with marketing and research on marketing materials, preparing proposals, vouchering deals for the transaction department and supporting team affairs efficiently, allowing for increased focus from the team to work on new development assignments.
