• Experience in managing projects in industrial, government, commercial office, retail, multi and single family residential, and flex properties. Including working on projects involving secure locations and confidential information at Federal and County levels.
• Managed 10 site, 300+ unit portfolio of multi-family and mixed-use properties including the Class-A Lofts on L Street and Cathedral Building in Sacramento.
• Managed portfolios of assets totaling over 8 million square feet, and responsible for development projects totaling over $22 million, and annual management budgets totaling over $20 million.
• Experience in all parts of land development process; from acquisition, through the entitlement, permitting, and construction phases, property management and sale.
• Adept at working with local jurisdictions to gain approval on projects and permits in California’s regulatory environment. Able to expertly navigate projects through environmental review and planning commission approval, major permit modifications, etc.

Current Responsibilities

As the lead industrial project manager, Todd brings strong experience to the Northern California and Northern Nevada markets. He has the ability to cover projects from Fresno to Redding, and from the Bay Area to Reno.
