Based in Tampa, Florida, Todd focuses on serving Cushman & Wakefield’s Occupier Service clients across the country. Prior to Cushman & Wakefield, Todd served as Executive Vice President and Managing Director of the former Equis Corporation where he was responsible for office profitability, managing growth, operations and services in Central Florida.

Todd began his career in commercial real estate in 1998. Todd is considered an innovator by clients and specializes in transaction management services for office and industrial occupiers, where he has completed a wide range of strategic planning and transactional assignments. Todd’s tenant focused services include strategic planning, site selection, contract negotiation, construction management and incentive consulting. Todd continues to develop and implement strategies that create cost savings for clients through proven processes and procedures.

Todd is a collaborative member of multiple account teams representing clients across the nation. Todd is able to draw upon his experience to analyze and implement best-in-class strategies on behalf of his teammates and clients.

Todd is consistently recognized as a top performer within Tampa Bay and was recently acknowledged for being a national top producer within Cushman & Wakefield. He was named a CoStar Power Broker for office leasing in 2007, 2009, 2012, 2013, 2014 and 2015.

Todd is a graduate of Auburn University where he earned his degree in Business Management with a Concentration in Finance.
