Tom Maloney serves as Chair of Occupier Advisory Services, where he partners with senior leadership and brokers across the firm to drive client success, strategic growth, and service excellence.

With more than 35 years of experience in commercial real estate, Tom has advised clients on over 2,500 transactions nationwide, delivering integrated solutions across tenant representation, portfolio optimization and workplace strategy. He plays a key role in advancing the firm’s global occupier platform by supporting complex client engagements, mentoring emerging leaders, and leading strategic recruiting efforts.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Tom served as Executive Vice Chairman at JLL, where he worked closely with the firm’s leadership team to enhance client outcomes and expand business performance across regions. His previous leadership roles include President of Tenant Representation, co-leadership of West Region operations and service on key executive committees.

Tom is widely recognized for his contributions to the industry and his commitment to developing high performing teams. 

Based in California, he maintains strong ties across major U.S. markets and supports clients with national and global real estate portfolios.
