About

Tony Ponzetti is a Director with Cushman & Wakefield based in South Bend, Indiana, specializing in industrial and land brokerage across Northern Indiana and Southern Michigan. He advises clients on distribution, manufacturing, high-tech, and specialized ag-industrial facilities throughout the broader Michigan-Indiana logistics corridor. A graduate of the University of Notre Dame’s Master of Science in Finance program, Tony has been active in commercial real estate since beginning his career with Grubb & Ellis in 2001. He went on to hold positions with Lee & Associates and Newmark, served as Vice President Commercial Lending at Evergreen Capital Advisors, and led Navtrust for more than 15 years, where he advised family offices on complex real estate matters. Drawing on experience across brokerage, valuation, lending, and advisory, Tony brings a disciplined, strategic approach to industrial real estate. He works with operators, investors, and developers who require market knowledge, financial sophistication, and decisive execution across the region.
