Tracy Forsling is the newest Associate to join the retail brokerage team. Tracy has over 20 years of sales and marketing experience. In 2014, she left the marketing world to pursue a career in real estate project and property management. During this time, she oversaw over $14M in renovations for the historic Felt and Clift buildings on Downtown Main Street.

A native of Salt Lake City, Tracy prides herself on being a Salt Lake City expert – from receiving her education in political science from the University of Utah and recently receiving her MBA from Weber State University to interning at the State Capitol and was the Executive Director of Utah Common Values.

Tracy brings her decades of experience of relationship building and client relations to the esteemed retail brokerage team and is looking forward to furthering her career with Cushman & Wakefield.
