About

Travis Ives is a Executive Director at Cushman & Wakefield based out of the firm’s San Diego office. He co-leads the firm’s U.S. Healthcare Capital Markets Team along with partners Gino Lollio (Chicago) and Tyler Morss (New York). The team has completed in excess of $3 billion in transactions across the US, advising clients on acquisitions, dispositions, and debt/equity strategies for healthcare real estate across the continuum of care.

Travis began his healthcare real estate career in 2005 and later joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2010. For the first decade of his career, Travis specialized in leasing medical office buildings representing both landlords and tenants, initially in Phoenix and later in San Diego. In 2015, he transitioned to investment sales and helped establish Cushman & Wakefield’s U.S. Healthcare Capital Markets Team. Travis is a frequent speaker at leading industry conferences, including BOMA, Revista, Connect, Interface, GlobeSt, and Bisnow.
