Trevor Santner is an Associate with Cushman & Wakefield in the Phoenix office, where he focuses on office brokerage.

Trevor recently graduated from Grand Canyon University, where he served as Director of Mentorships for the Real Estate Club. In this role, he connected students with industry professionals across multiple sectors, helping facilitate mentorship opportunities and career development.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Trevor gained hands-on experience in commercial real estate brokerage through internship roles where he supported leasing activity, conducted market research, and assisted with client outreach. Through this experience, he developed a strong understanding of market fundamentals, tenant needs, and landlord representation strategies.

Trevor works alongside Ryan Timpani and Morgan Woody, focusing on office properties across both agency leasing and tenant representation, as well as acquisitions and dispositions. He is committed to building long-term relationships and delivering strategic, value-driven solutions to both owners and occupiers throughout the Phoenix market.
