About

Tyler Brown is a member of the Institutional Valuation Practice at Cushman & Wakefield. His responsibilities include Development, Growth and Management of Institutional Clients and their Accounts. Tyler has over 35 years of commercial real estate experience, including 22 years in Investment Management as Barings’ Head of Real Estate Valuation.

His experience includes particular focus on the valuation of Equity real estate investments, but also Debt investment and Liability valuation. Tyler’s responsibilities have also included the valuation European assets at a review and certification level. Outside of Valuation, he worked for seven years in Investment Brokerage in the Boston area. Tyler is a past Chair of the Valuation Committee at NCREIF and a current Board Member. Tyler is a member of the Appraisal Institute and is state licensed.
