About
Victoria Malkin serves as President, Americas Markets for Cushman & Wakefield, leading the firm's local markets brokerage business across the Americas and driving strategy, growth, and collaboration across leasing and capital markets teams. She is responsible for driving market performance, accelerating growth, strengthening operational and revenue growth, and attracting and developing top talent to position the business for long-term success.
A key focus of Victoria’s leadership is building a more connected, future-ready brokerage organization. She is advancing strategies that strengthen core business lines, develop the next generation of producers and leaders, and harness technology, data, and AI to enhance client outcomes and accelerate business development.
Previously, Victoria served as Regional President, Central, where she oversaw operations across the Midwest, Texas, and Canada. In this role, she led growth strategy, client engagement, talent development, and performance management across the region. Since joining Cushman & Wakefield in 2016, Victoria has held several senior leadership positions, including Regional President, Midwest, and Senior Vice President, Americas Marketing & Research. Earlier in her career, she held leadership roles with JLL and JMB Realty.

Victoria received a Bachelor of Science from Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee.
