Rooted in Atlantic Canada, with academic and professional ties across the region, Vince brings a finance-focused perspective to commercial real estate, shaped by a background in business development and a strong foundation in market analysis. With a BBA in Advanced Finance from St. Francis Xavier University. There, he served as Senior Class Co President which blends leadership and a collaborative mindset that contributes meaningfully to client solutions, team objectives, and long-term real estate strategy.

Vince’s experience in the construction and real estate sectors gave him early exposure to client engagement, lead generation, and growth strategy across the region. Today, he applies that experience through a data-driven lens, helping clients navigate Atlantic Canada’s evolving real estate landscape with confidence.

Focused on delivering insights and building long-term value, Vince is passionate about investment strategy, market intelligence, and strengthening connections within the local business community.

Outside the office, you’ll often find him on the golf course, playing his guitars, or supporting local events around Halifax.
