Mr. Maniscalco has been with Cushman & Wakefield since April 1988, when he joined the firm's Connecticut office. In November 1997, he transferred to the company's New York headquarters, where he continued to expand his expertise in valuation and advisory services. He was promoted to Senior Director in January 2004 and returned to Connecticut in May 2005 to lead a team of retail valuation specialists serving clients throughout the Tri-State and Mid-Atlantic regions. Most recently, Mr. Maniscalco was promoted to Senior Managing Director, overseeing the Stamford, Connecticut office and providing leadership across Connecticut and Westchester County, New York.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Mr. Maniscalco worked with L.W. Ellwood & Company in Ridgewood, New Jersey, from June 1986 through April 1988. As an Associate, he was involved in the valuation of a broad range of institutional-grade, income-producing properties located throughout the United States.

With nearly four decades of real estate valuation experience, Mr. Maniscalco has developed significant expertise in the appraisal and analysis of retail real estate. Over the course of his career, he has completed hundreds of valuation assignments nationwide, with a particular emphasis on major retail assets, including regional malls, department stores, specialty retail centers, and other retail formats. Since 1997, his practice has focused primarily on national retail properties and large-scale income-producing assets throughout the eastern United States.

In addition to his client responsibilities, Mr. Maniscalco serves on Cushman & Wakefield's Business Initiatives Committee and represents the firm on The Realm's Client Advisory Board. His professional experience also includes feasibility studies, market analyses, investment evaluations, and complex valuation assignments for a diverse range of commercial real estate assets.
