Will Carroll is a commercial real estate broker with Cushman & Wakefield’s Office Tenant Advisory team, providing brokerage services throughout the Puget Sound region with a focus on downtown Seattle. He specializes in developing and executing real estate strategies for a diverse client base, including technology startups, investment firms, advertising agencies, and law firms.

Will is known for his commitment to client service, demonstrating loyalty and persistence in navigating complex transactions. His clients benefit from his expertise, the combined 30 years of experience on his team, and the resources of Cushman & Wakefield’s global platform.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Will worked as a tenant advisor in office leasing for Cassidy Turley in downtown San Francisco.  He began his career with Trammell Crow (later CB Richard Ellis), as a contributing member of the top producing tenant representation team three out of four years in downtown Washington, D.C.  

A native of Seattle, Will attended Eastside Catholic High School in Bellevue, and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
