Bill Colucci is an Associate Real Estate Broker in the Syracuse office with thirty years of commercial real estate experience.
Bill is active in all phases of commercial sales and leasing and is consistently ranked amongst the firm’s top annual producers. As a multiple recipient of the “Deal of the Year Award” Bill has negotiated some of the more significant transactions in the company. He has been the top grossing Syracuse Broker seven of the past ten years.
On a state-wide level, Bill has been a seven time recipient of “The Chairman’s Club Award” which is bestowed upon the top five producing Cushman Wakefield Alliance Brokers in New York and has reached the Top Ten eight of the past ten years.
In addition to Brokerage Services, Bill is qualified as a Receiver in New York State pursuant to Part 36 of the Rules of The Chief Judge and has spearheaded the emergence of Pyramid Brokerage Company as one of the top Property Management firms in Upstate NY, currently handling over 3,000,000 s/f of a variety of assets in several of the markets they serve.
