About

William joined Cushman & Wakefield / EGS Commercial Real Estate in 2013 and is an active member of the firm’s Alabama office leasing and brokerage team. He has more than ten years of experience in the commercial real estate industry with various transaction experience across multiple markets in the Southeast.  His background consists of primarily leasing and brokerage as well as commercial real estate development.

William holds a double major from the University of Mississippi, where he earned Bachelor of Arts degrees in both Managerial Finance and Real Estate. He currently serves as a board member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) and is a member of The Monday Morning Quarterback Club of Birmingham. William is licensed to practice in Alabama and Mississippi and is currently pursuing a designation from the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR).
