Will works with the Tenant Representation team in Houston, TX. Will specializes in market research, client tours, sublease tours, lease structure, and financial analysis. He represents tenants in the acquisition and disposition of office space, specializing in office lease negotiations, renewals, and expansions.

Will graduated from the University of Texas at Austin in 2023 with a bachelor’s degree in education and a minor in Business. He was drawn to commercial real estate for the opportunity to see projects through from start to finish and thrives in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
