About

Will Nolan is an Associate at Cushman & Wakefield, having joined the firm's Jacksonville office in July 2026. Having grown up in nearby Ponte Vedra Beach, Will has a strong connection to Northeast Florida and its industrial market. He is a member of the Industrial team alongside Tyler Newman, Jacob Horsley, Kendall Wilson, and Katie Scales, specializing in industrial leasing, sales, and business development throughout the region.

Will works with owners, occupiers, developers, and investors, providing market research, financial analysis, and strategic support throughout the leasing and sales process. He is committed to building long-term client relationships through responsiveness, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Will interned with InLight Real Estate Partners, where he underwrote industrial acquisition and development opportunities, performed financial analysis, and assisted with due diligence for value-add and development projects throughout the industrial sector. This experience provided a strong analytical foundation that he now applies to brokerage.

Since joining Cushman & Wakefield, Will has supported industrial leasing and investment sales assignments across Northeast Florida. His responsibilities include conducting market research, underwriting opportunities, preparing Broker Opinion of Value (BOV) analyses, creating marketing materials, coordinating property tours, and assisting with business development initiatives.

Will also analyzes comparable sales and lease transactions, monitors market trends, and works closely with clients and colleagues to develop strategic real estate solutions. His background in finance and real estate, combined with his analytical approach and local market knowledge, enables him to provide valuable insights throughout the transaction process.
