Xeniya Savelyeva is an Appraiser with Cushman and Wakefield of Arizona, Inc. Valuation & Advisory office in Phoenix, Arizona. She joined Cushman and Wakefield in 2021 at the Jackson, Mississippi office. In December 2022 she transferred to the southwest region. Her current responsibilities include market research and analysis as it pertains to the valuation of commercial real estate throughout state of Arizona and New Mexico. Ms. Savelyeva has experience with valuation for variety of property types, including self-storage, industrial, office, retail and multi-family. Additionally, vacant land appraisals in remote locations for speculative land holdings. Prior to joining Cushman and Wakefield, Xeniya was an interior designer/manager for a variety of design companies, such as Ethan Allen and J. Allans.
