Zach serves as an Executive Managing Director on Cushman & Wakefield’s Office Agency Leasing Team. His market knowledge of tenant demand and submarket supply helps him to advise clients on strategic solutions and opportunities with regards to their office assets. This includes in depth leasing strategies, marketing and rebranding, and space conditioning, to position the real estate to for an optimal outcome. Currently, Zach drives leasing and marketing for a portfolio of 5.5 million square feet of Class A office across DFW.
