Stacey Shields came to Ottawa in March 2000 from Dallas, Texas USA. She has over 28 years of commercial real estate experience including her most recent tenure with Cushman & Wakefield Ottawa. Stacey has had many years of involvement in the disposition and acquisition of investment property, industrial, retail and office leasing and management.

Stacey possesses and contributes a wealth of experience as a result of her extensive career in the commercial real estate industry including institutional asset management, property valuation, due diligence and brokerage consulting.

Stacey’s business practice in Ottawa is focused on creating value for her clients. Her background in commercial real estate marketing and administration coupled with her property/asset management, sales and leasing expertise provides the framework and tools necessary to achieve the best possible financial deal in the current marketplace for her clients.

She is partnered with Peter Earwaker.

Stacey holds real estate sales licenses in both the State of Texas and the Province of Ontario. She has contributed to the United Way Foundation, Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation Race for the Cure and Big Brothers and Sisters just to name a few. Stacey is a member of BOMA Ottawa and the Ottawa Chamber of Commerce.
