Kevin Partington is an Executive Managing Director at the Cushman & Wakefield Sacramento/Central Valley Region Office.  He represents both Agency & Occupier clients in the acquisition and disposition of leased and owned real estate.  Kevin is a 26-year veteran who began his commercial real estate career in 1994 with Colliers International.  In 2011, he joined Cushman & Wakefield along with the entire Capitol Region Office Specialists team.  Since joining Cushman & Wakefield, he has participated in over 900 transactions totaling more than ±20 million square feet and over $2.8 billion dollars in total consideration.  Kevin has consistently been a top producer in the Sacramento Cushman & Wakefield office and has been ranked among the Top 10 Office producers in the Sacramento region over the past 20 years.
