Ron Thomas is an Executive Managing Director and the Managing Broker of the Sacramento Office at Cushman & Wakefield. 

Ron has specialized in providing commercial real estate services to both institutional investors and corporate tenants in the Sacramento region since 1996. With a unique market position, he adeptly represents some of the region's largest Institutional and Private office building owners and major companies across various sectors, including Fortune 500 Insurance and Technology firms, Law practices, Government Advocacy groups, and Life/Ag/Food science companies. He has participated in over 810 transactions totalling more than ±10.3 million square feet.

As the Managing Broker of Sacramento Office Advisors, Ron leads a dynamic team of successful real estate professionals who handle Project Leasing, Tenant Representation, Capital Markets, Project Management, Property Management, and other critical operations. He is responsible for developing the most effective approach to client accounts and implementing the strategic solutions necessary for success.

Ron has consistently been one of the top performers for Cushman & Wakefield since joining in 2011. He believes in building long-term relationships with his clients and values the trust they place in him to provide the best possible guidance. His dual expertise as both an Agency and Tenant Rep broker has enabled him to handle some of the region’s largest transactions year over year.

Ron was honoured as the Sacramento Office Broker of the Year for the Sacramento Region in 2019 and has been a top producer in the Sacramento Cushman & Wakefield office for the past 14 years.

Ron enjoys playing golf, fly fishing, and spending summers at Lake Tahoe. He resides in Sacramento with his wife and their two college-aged children.
