Ron Thomas is an Executive Managing Director in the Sacramento/Central Valley Region Office. He represents both Landlords and Tenants in the acquisition and disposition of leased and owned real estate. Ron is a 26-year veteran who began his commercial real estate career in 1996 with Bishop Hawk and then on to Colliers International in 1996. In 2011, he joined Cushman & Wakefield along with the entire Capitol Region Office Specialists team. Since joining Cushman & Wakefield, he has participated in over 900 transactions totaling more than ±20 million square feet and over $2.5 billion dollars in total consideration. Ron has consistently been a top producer in the Sacramento Cushman & Wakefield office and has been ranked among the Top 10 Office producers in the Sacramento region over the past 20 years. In 2012 he was part of a team that completed the largest Tenant Representation assignment in Sacramento history.
