Chris has been involved in the commercial real estate industry for more than 17 years, with a primary focus on office landlord and Tenant representation In the Roseville & Greater Sacramento area. In his career he has worked for a significant number of local and nationally based companies. His market knowledge, attention to detail and dedicated work ethic are the basis for his success He received his bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from California State University, Sacramento. In 2011, he joined Cushman & Wakefield along with the entire Capitol Region Office Specialists team. Since joining Cushman & Wakefield, he has participated in over 900 transactions totalling more than ±20 million square feet and over $2.8 billion dollars in total consideration.
