About

Chris Schwarze is an Executive Director of the Sacramento and Roseville Offices at Cushman & Wakefield. 

Chris is a seasoned commercial real estate professional with over 25 years of experience, specializing in office landlord and tenant representation throughout the Roseville and Greater Sacramento area. Known for his extensive market knowledge, attention to detail, and unwavering commitment to client service, Chris has built a strong reputation as a trusted advisor to both local and nationally based organizations.

Throughout his career, Chris has worked with a diverse range of clients – institutional owners and corporate tenants to regional businesses and startups – helping them navigate the complexities of leasing, acquisitions, and dispositions. His consultative approach, combined with a deep understanding of market dynamics, enables him to deliver tailored real estate solutions that align with each client’s business objectives and long-term vision.

Chris began his career in commercial real estate in 1999 with Colliers International. In 2011, he joined Cushman & Wakefield along with the other members of the Capitol Region Office Specialists team, bringing his expertise and client-first mindset to one of the most successful brokerage groups in Northern California. Since joining Cushman & Wakefield, Chris has been involved in over 1,400 transactions, representing more than ±35.2 million square feet of commercial real estate. His transactional experience spans a wide variety of office product types and client profiles, and he is frequently sought after for his ability to structure deals that create value and minimize risk.

Outside of work, Chris is an active member of the local community and enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, and playing golf and pickle ball. He resides in Granite Bay with his wife and their three children.
