As the National Operations Director for Alternatives Valuation, Aline plays a pivotal role in orchestrating the business operations of the Alternatives Valuation team across ANZ. With a commitment to customer satisfaction, she employs a meticulous process approach to the team’s operations, ensuring quality and continuous improvements. Aline's responsibilities extend to supporting the team’s business goals and strategy, with an additional focus on systems and data management.

Aline brings a wealth of expertise with over two decades of experience in real estate.

Over her 17 years at JLL, she spent 12 years in valuations in various roles, including almost five years as the Director of Valuation Compliance & Risk Management. In this position, she led and implemented initiatives to improve compliance, policies, and procedures for residential and commercial teams. She also managed the Business/Quality Management System for ISO9001-2015 accreditation, overseeing audits, enhancements, and training.

Aline's professional journey includes earlier roles as an Executive Team Assistant, Office Manager, and Conveyancing Para-legal, demonstrating her versatile skill set and comprehensive understanding of various facets within the real estate industry.
