With a broad client base spanning government, corporate, private, and institutional sectors, both locally and internationally, he’s earned a strong reputation as a trusted advisor and the “Land Expert” of South & Western Sydney.

Currently a National Director at Cushman & Wakefield (Sydney West), Fab excels in large-scale industrial transactions and resolving complex property requirements.

Fab’s background includes work with government bodies, contractors, buyers, tenants, and developers—from planning through to the end product. This broad experience, combined with Fab’s natural problem-solving ability and tenacity, enables him to address a wide range of client requirements, often anticipating challenges before they arise.
