About

After completing his Bachelor of Property degree at Massey University in Auckland, New Zealand, Fletcher made the move to Melbourne to embark on a career in the property industry. His studies primarily focused on valuation and aspects of development.

He has grown up playing both team and individual sports which have both given him skills in which he's been able to translate into his day-to-day life, these being communication, resilience and problem solving.
