Liam Ghietti is a Manager in Cushman & Wakefield’s Retail Leasing team in Queensland, specialising in retail property leasing and sales across metropolitan Brisbane. He works with landlords, developers and occupiers across a range of retail assets, including high street premises, neighbourhood retail and inner-city locations, providing advice that considers tenancy mix, tenant demand and the broader performance of an asset. 

With experience spanning retail and commercial leasing and sales, property management and facilities coordination, Liam brings a practical understanding of property from both a landlord and occupier perspective. His recent track record includes securing locations for established and emerging retailers across Brisbane and Fortitude Valley, including flagship and first-to-market stores.
