About
Paul Everts is State Director for Cushman & Wakefield’s Project & Development Services (PDS) team across New South Wales and the Australian Capital Territory, supporting clients across Sydney, Parramatta, Canberra and regional NSW. With more than 30 years’ experience in project management and construction delivery, Paul leads the delivery of major building developments, refurbishments and workplace fit-outs across retail, government, education and industrial properties.
Paul has a strong background in retail developments, including greenfield and brownfield shopping centre projects, large-scale refurbishments and asset upgrade programs delivered within operating retail environments.
His experience also includes major education infrastructure programs across metropolitan Sydney and regional New South Wales, as well as specialised projects within agricultural and carbon farming environments involving the refurbishment and upgrade of remote rural assets.
Paul is known for his collaborative leadership style and strong technical expertise, delivering complex projects safely and efficiently across diverse sectors
