Roly Egerton-Warburton brings over 25 years of experience in sales and negotiation and is the Managing Director and Head of Office Leasing in WA, for Cushman & Wakefield.

Roly has managed direct and subleasing campaigns for Perth’s major landlords and occupiers, along with significant development leasing projects including 20,000sqm at Fremantle Kings Square development.

He has delivered leasing, marketing and asset repositioning strategies for many of Perth’s Prime Grade assets, including QV1, 250 St Georges Terrace, 1 William Street, Central Park, Australia Place, 15-17 William Street, 190 St Georges Terrace, Workzone West, and 2 Victoria Avenue.

Having grown up and worked in the agricultural sector in WA, Roly has an extremely strong work ethic and a client-first mindset, grounded in clear communication and strategic advice.
