About
Tom brings over 20 years of experience in the Western Australian property industry, with expertise spanning both commercial and residential sectors. With a background in property and commercial law, he has developed valuable insights into the industry, complemented by strong capabilities in development and project management, stakeholder engagement, and strategic planning.
Tom’s career began in Marketing and Business Development with a leading Perth-based interior design and architecture firm, where he spent three years honing his skills in client engagement and brand growth. He then spent more than eight years in Sales and Marketing management with Frasers Property Australia, further building his expertise in large-scale developments and market delivery.
Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Tom worked with a national boutique developer for over two years, where he played a key role in establishing the Perth office’s operational processes, coordinating Development Application approvals, and overseeing the successful market launch of six Perth-based projects.
Known for his analytical skills, attention to detail, and client-focused approach, Tom is highly regarded for his ability to manage diverse portfolios and deliver optimal outcomes. His professionalism and work ethic consistently foster strong, long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders.
