Pavla is responsible for the financial department in Asset Services and manages team of specialists focused on providing financial services that are connected to building operations and corporate accounting.

Among the main activities covered by Pavla’s department are the setup and delivery of financial data of projects, invoicing and financial reporting, service charge reconciliation, indexation, budgets, cash flow optimisation, ad hoc financial reports, financial statements, and data room preparation.

Pavla has 19 years of experience in finance. She started her career during her study in VSE in the Tax advisory company, followed by Valuation, Finance leasing and Controlling of the IT operation (1,3 billion CZK) budget for one of the biggest banks in the Czech Republic. Pavla has worked in DTZ / Cushman & Wakefield since December 2008.
