The GRESB 2020 Assessment Period has started and the online Assessment Portal is now open for submission. Compared to last year’s Survey, the GRESB Assessment sees significant changes to its structure and content. Not only have the GRESB Indicators been restructured into new Aspects and Components, the content of some Indicators has been extended to include state-of-the-art reporting standards and sustainability frameworks more comprehensively.
Completing this year’s GRESB Assessment might require increased time and effort from participants, as increased mandatory asset-level reporting should be completed with detailed data.
