About

Jeffrey van der Wees is an experienced interior architect within Project & Development Services at Cushman & Wakefield. Based in Utrecht, he helps organisations create inspiring, functional, and future-ready work environments that support both business objectives and employee experience.

After graduating from the Utrecht School of the Arts (HKU) with a specialisation in small- and large-scale interior design, Jeff has built more than 20 years of experience designing a wide range of workplace and interior concepts. His approach is defined by bespoke design solutions, with each project tailored to the unique identity, culture, and ambitions of the client.

Jeff supports clients throughout the entire design process, from initial concept development and spatial vision through to detailed and deliverable design solutions. He combines creativity with technical expertise and a strong focus on the end-user experience. His goal is to create workplaces that are not only aesthetically appealing but also enhance collaboration, wellbeing, productivity, and organisational performance.

With extensive experience working for both national and international clients, Jeff translates complex workplace and accommodation challenges into practical and distinctive design solutions. Clients value his ability to transform business needs and ambitions into environments that strengthen organisational identity and create a lasting impact on employees, visitors, and stakeholders.
