Andy is a Partner in Global Occupier Services (GOS), with over 14 years’ experience in all aspects of Occupier Management. Andy has specific expertise representing corporate occupiers with national portfolios - creating and delivering corporate real estate objectives and strategy.

Andy’s specialities include account management, estate management, client revenue generation and savings, and transaction management. His track record includes leading teams introducing and managing positive change to improve performance in large, geographically diverse operational portfolios. 

Having previously led several high-profile client accounts, Andy is currently leading an occupier management mandate for a national logistics occupier. His team delivers estate management services across their UK portfolio - comprising over 2000 industrial and office interests, as well as a sublet portfolio. Andy is specifically tasked with identifying revenue and saving opportunities and has delivered significant material savings through service charge challenges and other cost initiatives across their portfolio.
