Arron Browne is Partner and Head of London Flex at Cushman & Wakefield, bringing more than 20 years of international real estate experience across workplace strategy, occupier advisory, portfolio management and flexible workspace. He has advised corporate occupiers, landlords, investors and institutional stakeholders throughout the UK, Europe and the Middle East, helping organisations align their real estate decisions with broader business objectives and evolving workplace needs.

Combining strategic workplace advisory expertise with deep market insight and portfolio optimisation experience, Arron works with clients to develop commercially focused real estate strategies that enhance performance, support growth and create value across the full real estate lifecycle. As Head of London Flex, he helps organisations navigate the changing world of work and unlock the benefits of flexible workspace as part of a broader occupier strategy.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Arron held senior leadership roles across commercial real estate and asset management, overseeing significant property portfolios and P&L responsibility in the Middle East. He also led international business development for WeWork across EMEA and APAC, partnering with multinational organisations to develop workplace strategies, optimise portfolios and implement flexible real estate solutions.
