Chris Robinson is Head of UK Logistics & Industrial Capital Markets at Cushman & Wakefield, based in the firm's London office. He leads specialist investment advisory for the logistics and industrial sector, working with institutional investors, private equity houses and other active capital sources across the UK market.

Chris brings more than 12 years of investment experience spanning the logistics, industrial and retail sectors. Before joining Cushman & Wakefield as a Partner in December 2023, he was a Director at JLL, where he built a broad advisory practice covering the principal asset classes within the industrial and wider out-of-town investment markets.

His expertise sits at the intersection of logistics and retail capital markets, a connection that reflects the increasingly close relationship between the two sectors, particularly in the out-of-town space. Chris works closely with colleagues across the firm's capital markets practice to deliver joined-up advisory solutions for investor clients at every stage of the investment lifecycle, from acquisition through to disposal and portfolio strategy.

Chris advises across the full UK market, drawing on a nationwide network of sector relationships to give clients sharp market intelligence and strong transactional capability in every significant logistics and industrial corridor.

Operating within one of the UK's most active specialist logistics and industrial capital markets teams, Chris focuses primarily on the investment market for distribution, warehousing and industrial assets, while maintaining close working relationships with colleagues advising on retail warehousing and out-of-town retail investment.
