Elvira is a Partner in the Global Occupier Services team based in London. She works with global clients advising and delivering real estate transaction solutions aligned to meet business requirements. Her latest role is embedded in the global real estate team of a global Cushman & Wakefield client in London providing consistent and streamlined services across the client’s portfolio.   

Elvira has 15 years’ experience in corporate real estate and construction with a proven track record of successful sales and project delivery across EMEA. She has unique in-country knowledge in Kazakhstan including brokerage, project management and cost management with an operational role where she managed a team of more than 30 people.  

Elvira speaks English, Kazakh, and Russian.
