Hannah Gradwell is a Partner in the Land, Development & Planning team at Cushman & Wakefield, based in our Manchester office. She advises public and private sector clients on residential and mixed-use development across the North West and beyond.

Hannah specialises in development viability, development appraisals, development consultancy and land agency. She has acted for both developers and the public sector on schemes of all sizes, covering market sale, build to rent and affordable housing, from major city centre developments to strategic greenfield sites. She has given viability evidence at Local Plan examinations and planning appeals, including leading the area-wide viability assessment for the Warrington Local Plan and representing the Council at examination.

Hannah also has extensive land agency experience, leading the marketing and sale of residential development land for clients including Homes England, universities, colleges, local authorities and private landowners. Recent work includes supporting Manchester City Council with the marketing and disposal of five sites at Moston Lane and the selection of a development partner, and supporting Blackpool Council with the procurement of a development partner for the Blackpool Central Housing Regeneration Area.
