Jake Pygall is a Partner and Head of Industrial & Logistics for Yorkshire and the Northeast at Cushman & Wakefield, specialising in the industrial and logistics sector across Yorkshire, the Northeast and the North Midlands. With over 15 years of experience in the market, he advises occupiers, developers and investors on acquisitions, disposals, development and strategic planning for industrial property and employment land.

Jake has led on a wide range of significant transactions, from the sale of major logistics and manufacturing facilities to advising national occupiers on complex acquisitions and site developments. His strengths lie in identifying opportunities, unlocking value and providing grounded, commercially minded advice that helps clients navigate the complexities of the industrial market, often through creative, solutions-led strategies, such as repositioning underperforming assets for alternative uses or open storage.

His client list includes Amazon, National Grid, Legal & General, Homes England, Tata Steel, BT, Trinity College Cambridge, Moorfield, Chancerygate, Logicor and CBRE Global Investors, among many others.

Jake holds a BA (Hons) and an MSc in Real Estate Management, and is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) and the Industrial Agents Society.
