Kelvin Naylor is an Associate Director in the Development & Planning team, based in London. He advises clients on planning and development matters, helping landowners, developers and investors navigate complex planning challenges and unlock development opportunities across a range of asset classes.

Working as part of Cushman & Wakefield's multidisciplinary development and planning practice, Kelvin supports clients throughout the development lifecycle, from site appraisal and planning strategy through to delivery and implementation. His approach combines technical planning expertise with a strong understanding of commercial objectives to create positive outcomes for clients and communities.

Kelvin works closely with colleagues across planning, development, capital markets and wider advisory services to provide integrated solutions for complex projects and development opportunities.
