Based in our London HQ she works closely with business leaders to support the delivery of the firm's growth strategy, enhance operational effectiveness and ensure a consistent client experience across service lines and regions.

With extensive experience in business operations, organisational development and change management, Louise plays a key role in aligning people, processes and technology to support business objectives.
