Mike Bumford is a Partner in Cushman & Wakefield's National Retail Leasing team, specialising in shopping centre leasing across the UK.

Mike holds a BSc in Real Estate and brings nine years of retail agency experience to his role, advising landlords and investors on maximising asset value through strategic tenant mix and leasing strategy.

Over the course of his career, Mike has worked on a number of prominent retail schemes, including Cribbs Causeway, Touchwood in Solihull, Drake Circus in Plymouth, Christopher Place in St Albans, Wimbledon Quarter and Royal Victoria Place in Tunbridge Wells.

Known for his hands-on approach and deep understanding of the retail and leisure leasing market, Mike works closely with clients to deliver leasing solutions that drive footfall and long-term value for shopping centre assets.
