Sitara brings a wealth of cross-disciplinary experience, specialising in advising global occupiers on portfolio strategy across various geographic scales.
Over the past 8 years at Cushman & Wakefield, she has successfully supported clients in organizational transformation projects, aligning them with financial and business goals, including talent attraction and retention, as well as ESG initiatives. 

Her key strengths lie in her ability to craft innovative and impactful real estate strategies, coupled with her creative analytical skills, exceptional stakeholder management, and remarkable adaptability and flexibility.

Sitara plays a pivotal role in shaping the ‘What Occupiers Want’ thought leadership initiative in partnership with CoreNet, and is a regular contributor to Cushman & Wakefield’s Innovation Exchange Sessions. She also leads the UK Ethnicity and Culture Employee Resource Group, championing inclusion and cultural awareness across the organization.
