This multidisciplinary expertise enables him to provide clients with commercially focused advice throughout the lifecycle of an asset, from initial appraisal and acquisition through to operation, repositioning and disposal.

Steffan is recognised for his deep understanding of the UK self-storage market and contributes to self storage industry research, market analysis and thought leadership. He works closely with operators, investors and developers to identify emerging trends, evaluate market opportunities and support investment decisions across the sector. His insights have contributed to industry-leading reports examining the growth, performance and future outlook of the UK self-storage market.
