Steffan Morgan is Head of Self Storage at Cushman & Wakefield, leading the firm's specialist self storage business across the UK and Europe.

He oversees a dedicated team of seven sector specialists and works alongside a wider multidisciplinary team of more than 30 professionals supporting the self storage sector across valuation and advisory, capital markets, agency, debt and structured finance, project management, building consultancy and due diligence.

With over 13 years' experience in the real estate industry, Steffan advises investors, operators, lenders and developers on valuation and advisory matters, acquisitions and disposals, capital raising, joint ventures, growth strategies and market entry opportunities. He is a trusted strategic advisor to many of the sector's leading owners and investors, helping clients make informed decisions through a combination of market intelligence, transactional expertise and deep operational understanding of the self storage industry.
