Thomas Miller is a Partner in the Capital Markets team, based in Manchester. He specialises in providing brokerage and advisory services relating to the funding, acquisition and disposal of a broad range of commercial property assets across the North West and the wider UK.

Thomas has spent over seven years building his career in commercial real estate investment. He began in the City Investment team in London, where he spent five years advising on high-profile transactions across the capital's investment market. In 2022, he relocated to Manchester to join the regional Capital Markets team, and was promoted to Partner in November 2023 in recognition of his contribution to the growth of the business.

His advisory work spans the full investment lifecycle, from acquisition and disposal to funding structures, applied across a diverse range of commercial property types. Thomas draws on transactional grounding from both the London and North West markets, bringing a cross-regional perspective to each assignment and a disciplined, client-focused approach to structuring and executing deals.
