Victoria Davies is a Partner in Cushman & Wakefield's UK Retail & Leisure leasing team, with 22 years' experience at the firm. She holds a BA and an MSc, and is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).

Victoria specialises in leasing strategy, brand curation and commercial performance across major UK destinations, shopping centres and transport hubs. She works closely with landlords and occupiers to shape tenant mixes that drive footfall, dwell time and long-term asset value.

Her track record spans some of the UK's most prominent retail and transport assets, including Liverpool ONE, Bullring, Bromley, The Glades, Royal Victoria Place in Tunbridge Wells, Transport for London (Places for London), Romford's Liberty Centre and King Street in Manchester. Notable deals include securing Uniqlo at Bullring, Space NK and Sweaty Betty at Bromley, and Miniso at Romford, alongside her ongoing work with Transport for London, where she delivers an average of 30–40 deals annually.

Victoria is known for combining deep market insight with a strong network of retailer relationships, helping clients curate destinations that stay ahead of shifting consumer trends.
