Agustin Palazzo is an Associate at Cushman & Wakefield in Miami, bringing a background in strategy consulting and real estate investment analysis, including expertise in joint venture waterfall structures, debt structures, and levered cash flow modeling. He currently also serves as Principal at PX Equities, a role he has held since December 2023.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Agustin spent nearly nine years at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), rising to Partner, advising clients across Miami and beyond. Earlier in his career he worked as an Advisor and Analyst at UBS in Hamburg and Zurich, and completed a summer analyst role with Moet Hennessy USA, where he led sizing of the U.S. Hispanic market to identify growth regions for Hennessy and designed the marketing strategy and IT platform to capitalize on the opportunity.

Agustin holds an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a Licenciado en Economia from Universidad de San Andres. He is fluent in Spanish, English, and German, with elementary proficiency in Chinese, and holds a Florida Real Estate Sales Associate license.
