Alec Wilcox has been active in Iowa’s commercial real estate scene for the past eight years. In those years, Alec has represented over 9 million square feet of office, industrial, and retail real estate across Central Iowa. Serving a magnitude of clients, Alec has completed over $50 million in transactions which includes leasing and sales of office, retail, industrial, and multifamily real estate.

Alec’s proficiency in landlord representation, tenant representation, buyer representation, market research, and investment analysis has helped him make meaningful connections throughout the state.
