About

Alex Bush is a Senior Director with Cushman & Wakefield’s San Diego office and a member of Aric Starck’s team. Alex specializes in the leasing of institutional and private industrial, office, and R&D properties. 

With more than a decade of experience in commercial real estate, Alex is recognized for his strategic approach to leasing and his deep market knowledge. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, he served as a Senior Director at Handler Real Estate in New York City, where he completed more than 500 lease transactions and was named to Commercial Observer’s “30 Under 30” list for his achievements in the industry. 

Alex holds a degree in Architecture from Arizona State University and a background in construction management, enabling him to deliver exceptional insight and value to clients across all aspects of the leasing process.
